- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
- Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damaged item in your return request.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
